We had an absolutely incredible dining experience at Fishbone. Every single dish we ordered was spectacular, beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and clearly made with high quality ingredients. It is not often that everything at the table impresses, but Fishbone truly delivered from start to finish. What made the evening even more memorable was the exceptional service from David. He was one of the best servers I have ever had the pleasure of being taken care of by. Attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely warm, he elevated our entire experience. If you are looking for a restaurant that combines outstanding food with top tier service, Fishbone should be at the top of your list. We will absolutely be back!

It is Saturday and we arrived at 5pm, door open time in the afternoon. But we were told it was fully booked except patio seating. It was pretty hot outside like 30+ degree. We drove 30 mins to come here, so did’t have other choices. The service is top notch, our waiter is very friendly and we had some small talks. The music inside the store gives a happy and vibrant feel. Love the atmosphere. We ordered pull and tear bread with truffle butter $12 , it is actually my favorite dish of the day. The bread was made to order, very hot and fresh, so yummy to go with truffle butter. We also ordered the Flaming Pig $18, it was interesting fish with flaming fire on sausage, the sweet and sour apple has a little bit spicy kick. The last was the seafood paella,which we came here for tonight. The seafood is very fresh and seasoned well, but the rice is so wet and bland, not crust, definitely not our favorite.

One of my favourite restaurants in Canada. Unreal food quality, taste, and service. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Definitely some of the best tasting food I’ve tasted and I’ll keep going back.
