Excellent experience with sending children with physical needs to receive occupational therapy and other support. Staff are caring, professional and responsive

Very bad place to take your children for anything....just a way for them to line their pockets with tax payers money , they do nothing that can't be done yourself at home ... should be shut down

Every person I have connected with has been so kind and knowledgeable. Their staff are passionate and are experts at what they do. They are always looking outside the box, and offer great supports to other agencies and families.

UPDATE (initial post was strongly negative from pre-covid) Over COVID we started having on-line therapy sessions that were excellent! All scheduled appointments were kept and they lasted the full session. My child's speech improved significantly and they enjoyed the sessions. Good job 5 Counties on the big turn around. :)

5 counties is responsible for my sons misdiagnosis which has resulted in years of delays in getting help. He has autism and was misdiagnosed. We were told we legally had to wait 2 more years for another assessment. He was diagnosed at 7 to have autism without a doubt. We missed out on being able to access early intervention. They have also missed an entire year of occupational therapy due to their staffing issues and refuse to make up appointments my son was eligible for by adding them to this years therapy. We feel pretty left behind
