Amazing play facility for kids! It's a very big indoor play place, styrofoam blocks and a small area to play basketball or football for kids. We had a great time, the staff are excellent and it's very clean.

This place was our favourite for the options and activities that it provided this review is for one particular staff member. I believe her name is Christine a black lady who is very unprofessional and extremely rude considering the place she works which is a community center and family place. She lacks the manner of how to talk to people and behave I was their on 3rd July with my two kids when I came to the front desk and requested entry she picked the sign in sheet wrote my name and tossed it on the counter without a word or instructions of sinning in and she aggressively stamped on the back of our hands and walked away and started speaking to another lady who was sitting at the front desk from distance in a very loud voice about the dirt on the floor. The other lady asked me politely and said please sign here while I was still processing this behaviour I just continued and took my kids to the paradise playground, and I wanted to avoid arguments infront of my kids this was clearly a very disrespectful behaviour and totally unacceptable the management needs to provide necessary training to their staff considering the place and interaction with community and it’s people.

It's a good and clean building and the staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. It's a very good place for children up to the age of 12 year old and it's a free for public play and call them for hours or online for hours. Everyone that is entering the playground must wear socks. There are rules to follow and always come to the front desk to talk to come in. Also booking for birthday parties which is to pay for. When the parents and guardians come with their children they are responsible for their children and to watch them all the time and the staff are there to watch the playground and not responsible for the kids. No big bags to be brought into the playground nor food or drinks inside the playground, no pictures, video taping and face times inside of the playground. Water park is open May long weekend 10 AM to 8pm on a timer during the summer.
