Absolutely amazing experience here! It's been an extremely long time since I was at the dentist and I was a bit nervous at what they might find wrong with my teeth..... but from the beginning of intake , to the assessment, to the cleaning and finally my first major filling I was treated like family. The administrative staff is wonderful to deal with! The dentist and assistants are remarkable! Everyone seems to be in good spirits and the work atmosphere in the dental office makes me feel quite comfortable knowing I'm in very good hands with people who are extremely passionate in insuring patient quality service. Had an issue with my lingo bar they booked me in right away and it got looked at and sorted out. I appreciate how I was given options for my situations and what I should do moving forward with my teeth. Very happy with the staff service and kind people who are at this practice. After bringing my 4yo daughter to a Pediatric dentist in Brampton close to home for her first visit and having a horrible experience, I was recommend to floss and gloss by a friend who takes her kids and family here. I am completely blown away every visit. Floss and gloss has an amazing staff that are professional, genuine and down to earth. My daughter who was initially afraid of the dentist and loud noises now feels so comfortable and confident that she gets excited when she knows she has a dentist appointment. Floss and gloss cares about their clients and are very accommodating. They have seen us already on two dental emergencies for both myself and my 2yo son and they never seem to disappoint with giving the best customer experience and warm welcome. Everytime I leave the clinic, I feel at ease, happy and well informed. I recently had to get an old filling redone and for the past 6 years, this filling didn’t feel right. It was sensitive and felt uncomfortable. Needless to say, I never went back to that dental office. Dr Shieh fixed it and I am completely thrilled with the result. I was nervous, having a bad experience in the past but my tooth feels better than ever. Dr Ali has been amazing with both my kids and Abeda is very attentive and patient. Honestly, everyone is amazing, Farah, Rose, Alina… they’re the best! I am so grateful we found this place. It’s a little bit far from home but it’s so worth the drive. I highly recommend taking your family here!
