As a first time customer I was BLOWN away, socks OFF. Pickering is so oversaturated with desi restaurants and it’s so difficult to find one with good food, a good atmosphere and a community feel. Food Time in Pickering has all that and MORE. The food comes so fast you don’t even realize you were waiting, and with your delicious food you get a smile. The staff there are so kind, especially the waitress and waiter who handled my order, Mahnoor and Uzair. They made sure I was liking all my food and was having a good time. Their service was fast and they made my day! Not only was the service amazing, but the food was beyond amazing!!!! I ordered the chaat papri, chicken karahi and naan. Even just the smell had me drooling. Out of everything I can’t forget the naan, it was one of the softest piece of naan bread I’ve ever had. If you live by Pickering I strongly suggest you to go check out food time, it’ll become a quick fav.

We prefer eating at the restaurant than the takeout . Food taste better out there haha.. Food was good and faster than most places . Order combo for 4 and 2. Gold for family of 10

Just went to Food Time and omg the food was soooo good!!! I had Chat Papri, naan (best naan in the city), chicken karahi, and tandoori chicken and like… wow. The naans were especially amazing. But honestly, the best part was the customer service. Mahnoor, the girl in a hijab, was super sweet and helpful, and Uzair (the guy at the front) was really nice too. 10/10 would come back just for the food and their vibes!!!

Ordered food time from a take away app. When I started eating the food I noticed that I was NOT able to pick apart the chicken pieces with my fork. As I pressed in to get some meat I hit bone. I then looked at the pieces carefully and they all looked cylindrical and odd shaped. It looks undercooked and like neck meat. I threw my enter order in the trash because I kept finding cartilage pieces in my rice. I also got a refund from takeaway app. HOWEVER, I was still very grossed out so I called the store and the man who picked up ASKED me to upload pictures to google reviews so he can show his kitchen staff because he claimed that they NEVER serve neck meat. I had to pick pieces out of my trash to post it here.

Delicious and fresh food full of flavour. The dine in packages for families are quite affordable with big portions. We ordered for 4 but end up bringing home a lot of leftovers. The service was very friendly and fast. It’s definitely a good place for Pakistani and Indian cuisine.
