Fast service for walk-in clinic. I didn't spend too much to see the doctor. First I see the nurse than the doctor within a reasonable time. It's my first visit. Based on advice of walkin clinic doctor i made a appointment to get a family doctor. Well this doctor (Dr. Saeed Riaz )refuse to my family doctor unless I take high blood pressure medication. I know blood pressure has side effects and refuse to my family doctor. There are medical doctors on youtube who has warned side effects of high blood medication and possibly damaging the kidney. There are solutions to lower blood pressure and I follow the advice and along with other advice and I lowed it by 30 points in 2 or 3 days. I have a high blood pressure device at home so I know. That's fine though I will look for a family doctor somwhere else. Also he didn't want to manually check my blood pressure whereas the female doctor did it properly. He is rude no doctor ever asked if I have autusm in my life, I'm my mid 50's. It's none of his business if he does not not my family doctor. I have never been diagnosed so can I state I have it? It's fine doesn't want to be my family doctor so I am to warn you about side effects of high blood medication. Even the toronto star stated there was of side effect of certain medication. My information goes from a gentleman with MD PHD who looked at studies and does research. Also he didn't do a proper manual blood pressure reading which makes me suspicious because the female doctor did the proper manual pressure blood reading which took longer so I don't trust him. He told him to trust him and he has 20 years experience but he doesn't do a proper blood pressure reading manually like the female doctor before? I told him a week before it read 130 so he faked it which makes me a bit upset.

I had a very disappointing experience with this practice. They strictly enforce a “one concern per appointment” policy, meaning any additional question requires booking a separate visit. This made it difficult to feel heard or properly cared for. During my meet-and-greet, the family doctor did not ask whether I had any concerns or anything important they should know about my health history. When I attempted to share relevant information, I felt dismissed because I already have a neurologist. Rather than taking a collaborative approach, the interaction felt cold and impersonal. Overall, I did not feel empathy, attentiveness, or genuine care in my interactions.

An exceptional experience from start to finish. I visited this medical clinic for Botox, and the results were truly phenomenal, both aesthetically and in terms of overall care. The team was professional, attentive, and delivered a level of customer service that felt refined and personalized. Everything was handled with impeccable timing and efficiency. I left extremely happy with the experience and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking high-quality aesthetic and medical care.

I recently visited the clinic as a walk-in patient. This was not my first experience with Foundation Health East Mall, my mom is a regular patient there, and we joined when the clinic first opened, partly because it is within walking distance for us. Initially, my impression of the clinic was not very positive. However, a few months ago the team changed, possibly including management, and the difference has been remarkable. The office now feels well organized, and the doctors conduct themselves with a high level of professionalism. Recently, I wasn’t feeling well and decided to use their walk-in service. I arrived right at opening time, and there was no one in the waiting room. The receptionist informed me that several appointments were already scheduled and that the expected wait time would be 30–40 minutes. I chose to wait. To my surprise, I was called in within five minutes. The nurse was efficient, focused, and respectful of my time. I was then seen by a younger doctor whose name I unfortunately don’t recall, but she was exceptionally professional, efficient, and thorough. I couldn’t have asked for better care. Given that I was feeling quite unwell, impatient, and naturally irritable, I was especially grateful for the clinic’s humane and professional approach. I left feeling genuinely impressed. I strongly recommend this clinic and hope they continue to maintain this high standard. Sadly, experiences like this have become a rare positive example within our medical system.

Disclaimer: This Review is intended to help support the informed decision-making of all patients. My wife and I have both recently joined the Foundation Health Medical Clinic & Family Practice roster. We are a young couple and have been thoroughly impressed with the speed and quality of care that we have received here. From entrance to exit, the staff is remarkable patient and polite. Appointment times are typically adhered to (unless of course there are busy days). The Doctors are attentive, thorough, compassionate, and professional. We receive quality care and it never feels like we are being rushed out of the room. I have received ample upstream care for chronic conditions, non-communicable, and communicable illnesses/diseases that have overall ameliorated my quality of health and life. Thanks to this remarkable team, my physical, cognitive, psychological, and spiritual dimensions of health have seen a tremendous upward trajectory within the past few months. On behalf of my family, we cannot thank you enough for the excellence your team demonstrates. We highly recommend securing your spot while you still can, your health will thank you for it (and your family will too!). Please review their guidelines and policies to ensure this team will suit your needs.
