  THE BEST! I am a first time Mom, and decided to enroll my baby in daycare before my Mat leave ends for an easier transition for her. What could have been a very stressful transition, was the complete opposite. I was immediately comforted by every single teacher there and my daughter loved it from day 1. A few of the highlights from our experience with this phenomenal day care: 1. My baby is always extremely happy to go there, and is just as happy when I pick her up. 2. Routine. They have a very healthy routine of naps, snacks, playtime (indoor and outdoor when weather permits) 3. The children are always being engaged with. Music, dancing, block building etc. 4. All of the kids are always happy and playing when I arrive. 5. They take safety very seriously 6. Elissa (Director) has always answered all of my questions and has been extremely supportive of my daughter and my family. 7. Every teacher greets myself and my daughter when we arrive and say goodbye. The kids have started saying ‘bye baby ____’ when we leave (which is adorable). 8. Nadia is so incredibly gifted with taking care of little ones. My daughter can be a bit picky when it comes to new people. The way my daughter’s face lights up when she sees Nadia is just like when she sees family. I can not recommend this day care enough !!!!!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this daycare. The director, who also acts in a very authoritative manner, made me and my son feel unwelcome and disrespected. I believe all families deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards creating a more inclusive and respectful environment for everyone.

  I cannot recommend Friendly Forest highly enough! Our son thrived during his time there, and it was sad for us to leave due to a move. The staff are exceptional. They made our son feel welcome, safe, and loved from day one. The teachers are attentive, and they create an environment that is both fun and educational. Our son looked forward to attending daycare every day, which speaks volumes about the quality of care and the engaging activities provided.

  We have had such a good experience with Friendly Forrest - all the way from the manager/director, Elissa, to the individual employees that provide the day-to-day care of my 2 year old son. Azhar and Monica, who work directly with my child the most, provide the most quality and loving environment and care. It's clear to see how much they love and care for the kids. My child absolutely LOVES them and at times I think is more attached to them than me :P

  As soon as my family walked in the door we knew this is where we wanted to be. The facility is clean, the toys are newer and age appropriate from classroom to classroom and the space is bright and colourful. The staff are all incredible, clearly not only well educated but passionate about what they do and it reflects in the comfort and manner of the children. My son has started in the Infant room with Nadia, who has very well earned her title of "the baby whisperer". Not only did my son assimilate into the program with ease and comfort within a week, but everyday he is excited to see his teacher and his friends. I can't recomend this facility highly enough. Elissa is an incredible director who put any and all concerns to rest for myself and my partner immediately with her immense knowledge, leadership and compassion for the very difficult transition into a daycare routine for us new parents. I know without a doubt everyday that my son is not only happy, healthy and safe, he's also loved when he is here and that peace of mind is absolutely priceless.
