I had a really good experience buying TCG stuff here. Staff was knowledgeable, they host local events and even broadcast World's Champions. Great customer service, I felt like I interacted with someone who actually plays the game. Very friendly : D

One of my go to shops when it comes to all of my TCG needs. The owners care about the community and growing the community. Very large selection of different TCG products and fair prices

Today my friend called into Game Nation to put aside/purchase a specific pokemon card he needed for regionals coming next week. The rep on the phone disclosed they had the card and was gonna put it aside. So after he finished work and waited 20 mins outside of the store. They said they didn't have the card. Not sure but pretty upsetting, even after being told they had the card today at lunch time. Just to be told in person they dont have it.

Super nice and friendly staff. Helped me build a deck and the prices were very fair. Had a great time at locals.

During lunch hour today, my friend and I decided to spend our saved up money on some Pokémon cards so we went off to Game Nation. I decided to get a tin that was 50 dollars, while my friend decided to get a different tin that was 35 dollars. Despite buying two different tins, we got the same 2022 packs in both. They were all packaged in 2019 tin packaging, without anyone informing us of their re-release by Pokemon or that they have been resealed. When we opened the tins, we opened the packs immediately because we trusted the shop. It was only after we examined the cards in a bit more detail that we realized that they dated from 2022, we got confused since we’re not getting the original 2019 packs as we assumed we would. Had the shop told us that they would be different, we wouldn’t have spent our money. The value and collectibility of 2022 compared to 2019 are much lower. We did get a full refund but the manager kept making us feel like we were scammers instead of just teens trying to start our collection. It was very unprofessional to treat customers that way and to blame them for the store’s lack of transparency. Be careful buying sealed products here because what you get inside might not match what you are paying for.
