Customer service seems to be good, the one thing ill say is the prices are way to high for Pokémon tcg packs. they have a buy 3 get one pack deal but i have paid much less at other lgs without the deal for 3 packs. I would recommend revisiting prices per pack to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Ordered a couple riftbound packs for pickup. The items were well-priced and competitive. The hits were immaculate. When I went to pickup the cards, noticed the shop was spacious, well organized and carried a hefty stock of both board games and various TCGs that are sure to satisfy anyone who comes through. Great experience, will definitely shop here again!

Yeah don't order from them. Horrible experience. They literally can't even honor the expected due date. Returns are impossible so is in store pick up so essentially they give a guarantee and then do nothing to fulfill it. I will definitely be reporting them considering they offer zero remedy which is completely illegal will upload photos of the quality of item onces received.

I stopped by this game shop recently, and the guy working there was super helpful. I don’t know much about tabletop games, but he walked me through everything and helped me pick out a few. They also had the latest releases in stock, which was awesome. Definitely recommend

Ordered a couple games for local delivery. The items were well-priced and competitive. The delivery was prompt and the box was well packaged. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed to see that one of the games received was not in shrink wrap and the box had visible scuff marks and what appears to be white stickers covering other box damage. The item was labelled as new - It was not open box or minor damage. I’ve emailed the store and are awaiting their reply. I want to make it clear that I’m not looking for a refund or to get any money back. Just to provide some feedback for the store to consider marking these down slightly in the future and selling as “minor box damage” as many of their competitors do. This minor detail aside, I’m otherwise satisfied with the purchasing experience and would consider purchasing from this store again the future.
