Absolute gem of a place. Recently just found out about this store and had to check it out. Took me two hours to get here from downtown and it was absolutely worth it. Love the owner, he makes you feel welcomed in his store and is genuinely interested in helping you with your trades or whatever games you're looking for or inquiries you might have- he's just an overall very nice very patient guy. He's just a one man army and he makes it work even if there are multiple customers in store. I would say out of all the game stores I've been in Toronto, he's the most fair with his trades and his prices.

Dropped by for a browse. Pros - Organized store. - They have a laptop so you can check the online sites inventory. (great if your in store and curious). - Very helpful staff. - Surprisingly some items are priced fairly low. Cons - Some of the rarer games have a small premium (not necessarily a bad thing because the conditions are great).

I was here a couple times almost 2 years ago and was able to go visit again recently after moving back. Took my son. The store is full of stuff you could spend hours looking . i found the game i was looking for and picked up one i wasnt looking for. My son got some pokemon cards. Amazing store

As many reviewers have pointed out, there are no prices listed on any of the games, and the staff will simply use PriceCharting to figure out what the daily price of a game is before selling it to you. The problem with this approach is it doesn't account for variations in condition, and is simply based on whether something is complete in box, missing a label etc. It really makes you wonder what the point is of driving to the store to be told what a game is selling for online when you could just stay at home and shop online to begin with (and buy games that are in the exact condition you want). If you're too lazy to update your price tags on a frequent basis given how volatile the retro game market can be, then maybe you shouldn't be in the business, because virtually every other reputable game store in the city promptly makes adjustments as necessary. Rather than trying to defend your approach, maybe you should take this critique to heart and make a change, because clearly many of your customers don't like the way things are done as it stands.

This is my favourite store in Scarborough when it comes to Pokemon cards. I could spend hours looking through the boxes, and the display cases always have really good stuff. They have a higher end display case that is expanding (love it) that has really cool cards, some that I wish I bought but are now sadly gone. Years back I collected a lot of my cutie cards from here for very cheap, and since then they’ve all blown up and I am so thankful I was able to get them when I did. The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable making it a good experience every time, and prices here are pretty fair. Lots of selection and carries way more than just cards. This store has so much vintage/older gaming stuff and figurines. Very unique store, and there’s always lots to look at. Wanted to also mention the last time I came in to browse pokemon singles they had the Stardew Valley soundtrack on and it was such a freaking vibe. Love this store.
