  Everything about this daycare is top-notch. The owner, Jacinthe made everything easy and stress-free. I sent my daughter to this daycare and it was her first time going to "big girl school." Jacinthe and the daycare helped make the transition much easier than the other daycare where I sent my older son. The educators are wonderful, the meals and snacks are nutritious, and the kids enjoy the facilities of Westmount including the park, library, greenhouse etc. My daughter is very active and was a non-napper from day one. I was very happy to know that this daycare offers a parallel activity for non-nappers instead of forcing them to "sleep." My daughter enjoyed doing art class or going on an extra outdoor activity while the others napped. This sort of setup is only possible in a private daycare like Fun Academy with a higher child-to-staff ratio. I honestly have nothing negative to say about our experience at Fun Academy. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for high-quality childcare.

  This daycare is truly different from any other I’ve visited — it genuinely feels like I’m leaving my daughter with her second family. What makes this place so special is the thoughtful approach they take to everything. Unlike many daycares where children spend the whole day in one room, here they rotate between different spaces and activities, keeping their day dynamic and stimulating. The kids are taken outside to the park several times a day, which gives them valuable time in nature and fresh air — something I found missing in most places. Jacinthe, the director, is incredibly kind and emotionally intelligent. She truly understands children (and parents!) and always offers thoughtful, caring advice when needed. She creates a safe, supportive atmosphere where you know your child is not just supervised, but truly seen and valued. The educators are professional and nurturing — my daughter has always felt like she is part of a loving community, not just attending a daycare. Another thing I deeply appreciate is their flexible and respectful approach to rest time. Naps are optional, so if your child isn’t sleepy or needs less rest on a given day, they aren’t forced to sleep or left with no stimulation. The level of care is exceptional — from the calm and welcoming environment to the high-quality, healthy meals they provide. Everything reflects a real commitment to the well-being of the children. If you’re looking for a daycare that feels more like a second home than an institution, this is the place. Thank you for creating such a beautiful space for our little ones to grow. I highly recommend it.

  Our experience at Fun Academy has been absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, we felt confident and at ease knowing our daughter was in such caring and capable hands. The educators are exceptional — warm, attentive, and dedicated. What stands out most is their personalized approach to each family. The daily outings to the Westmount Park and the library are a beautiful and very unique bonus. It’s clear that the team goes beyond to create a nurturing and stimulating environment We have watched our daughter thrive and we will forever be grateful for the care, guidance and love we’ve received.

  My child attended this daycare and I would like to share our experience for other parents. We prepaid four months of tuition, but my child only attended from October 20 to November 20, 2025. According to our signed contract, unused prepaid tuition should be refunded in case of early withdrawal. The daycare has acknowledged the situation in writing, but as of today the refund has not been issued. I have received an email from the administrator stating that the daycare is facing “financial and administrative difficulties” and that a proposal to creditors is being “prepared.” Meanwhile, the daycare continues to operate and register new children. I am sharing this so that other families are aware of the business practices regarding prepaid fees and refunds. I recommend that parents request clear written terms before enrolling, especially concerning advance payments, withdrawal, and refunds. The daycare previously presented itself as being founded and created by Jacinthe Deschenes (as shown on their public website), who appeared to act as the director. However, she suddenly became unreachable to parents, and no one was able to contact her for clarification regarding administrative or financial matters. This lack of communication contributed to confusion among families, especially since prepaid tuition refunds and contract issues remained unresolved.

  Our son started at Fun last August and has had an amazing experience. The facility and location are unbeatable, and the activities they do are diverse and engaging. The teachers are all very caring and loving. Our son is thriving and has made so many new friends. We couldn’t ask for more!
