Gemini Gymnastics is rigid about their unreasonable policies, and are only hungry for money. What a disappointment.

Once payment is made, you’re pretty much on your own. Reaching them is frustrating, and when you finally get a response, it feels generic and disconnected, like they didn’t actually read what you wrote. We sent a doctor’s note stating our child couldn’t return, but they still refused to issue a refund. They stuck to policy instead of showing any understanding or basic decency. Support throughout the program was disappointing. Classes felt disorganized and understaffed, and the kids were often left to figure things out themselves. It’s hard to believe this is considered a professional operation. If you’re looking for a program that values your time, communicates properly, and actually supports families, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This was a letdown from start to finish.

I would never recommend this place to anyone! They never return calls and have no professionalism. I regret wasting my daughter’s time there. Thankfully I found a really good gymnastics place with amazing coaches in Whitby that actually care. If you are just looking for babysitters then I encourage you to continue sending your kids to Gemini. Please do not think you can throw a bday party at this venue. There is no air conditioning in the party room and my guests got sick and called me to complain. The room was full of cob webs and dirty. Disgusting experience and guess what they are to busy to address any concerns. Hope the city can shut this place down before others get sick. I am forever traumatized.

You pay a lot hoping that they will have the patience to teach kids but once they said no. They are no longer encourage to do the activity and will sit and watch through the whole thing. I regretted putting my child at this place. I agree of one of the reviews here. If you want a babysitter, definitely send them here but if you want to teach your child actual gymnastics, go somewhere else. You don’t get what you pay for. I will never recommend this place
