To start off, you are greeted by a lovely lady at the front desk, Suzan. The hygienist, Ida, is amazing at what she does, from being so accommodating with my appointment and to the actual teeth cleaning.She's super professional, nice, energetic and gets the job done. She started with an oral cancer screening (never had a hygienist or a dentist do that before). She took a thorough look at my teeth before she attempted the cleaning process. My teeth look and feel amazing. The clinic is CLEAN. I truly did leave satisfied. Thank you Ida - Meghan

Ida is a very caring dental hygienist, she always implements the highest standards in patient safety and quality of care. She is very gentle when she performs cleanings on your teeth and is always on time for whenever I go in for an appointment. Ida also manages the logistics very well and is very helpful in assisting you with sending insurance claims for dental hygiene services. GENTLE TOUCH IN THE TRUE SENSE! I practised dentistry in my home country and was looking for a good, reliable hygienist after moving to Canada. I'm glad I found Ida. She is immensely well - informed and methodical in her approach. Her friendly demeanour and exuberance will immediately put you at ease. I have some orofacial changes which make it challenging for dental practitioners to provide me dental care but Ida worked around it without causing me any discomfort. She is hands down the best hygienist I've ever been to.
