She treats you like a real person and does her research even outside of business hours on her own time because deep down, she really cares. Dr Gideon and her small team are beyond amazing. I feel absolutely blessed to have her as my Dr as well as my kids Dr. I have been a patient of hers for about 18 years and have never been disappointed with the thorough care she provides. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, professional and extremely thorough. As with most Drs there is normally a wait to see her but once it’s your turn to see her, she spends time with you, never rushes you and listens to your concerns. She makes us feel validated and taken care of. It seems that this type of excellent care is no longer the norm here in Canada which makes me even more grateful to have such an amazing GP. I have been blessed to have Doctor Gideon for the past 21 years after being diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer. She looked after me all those years since and made sure I got all the follow up referrals I needed with really good specialists she knows. Sure she gets a little busy but she will prioritize more urgent cases as they come in and that is good as one day you might be a priority case. How best to describe her in one word AN ANGEL.
