We have had terrible experiences in Golden Star DayCare, there are many weaknesses including lack of professional management and supervising and availability of the manager ( Maggie ), unclear and no transparency in their accounting system, the inappropriate behaviors, attitudes and faults of teachers, unprofessional labeling kids and screening kids in nap time with using cell phones in the nap room and showing cartoons, weakness in communications and programming and connecting with parents, weak catering and food safety issues, no responsibility to their own faults, unfair punishing kids by their teachers which is really unacceptable and effected negatively on our toddler that caused we withdraw our beloved kid from GoldenStar daycare.

We’ve sent our daughter to the Golden Star since we moved to North Van in 2017 and she loved every single day of it there. An Amazing management, knowledgeable staff and excellent programs. I would strongly recommend Golden Star.
