  This daycare was a complete disappointment for us, especially because of their overall approach. When we transferred from another daycare, we expected everything to go smoothly, as it had in our previous one. Unfortunately, things started going wrong here from the very beginning. Be prepared that if any issues arise, it may feel like the staff shifts responsibility onto parents. In our case, when the daycare was unable to continue caring for our child, they still kept our deposit and requested payment for an additional month. Our child didn’t even spend a full month there. During the short time he attended - only a few hours a day - a parent had to stay with him because we did not feel the staff were providing enough support. I also personally saw many children crying, and I did not notice much effort from staff to comfort them. It often seemed like the approach was to wait until the children calmed down on their own. Based on what we observed, it did not appear to be a comfortable environment for many children. I understand that this daycare is well advertised and popular, but in our experience, it was not worth it. Be prepared that you may receive calls asking you to pick up your child for various concerns. That made us question the purpose of daycare care in our situation. Overall, this was a major disappointment for our family. We lost money, time, and experienced a lot of stress. We truly regret leaving our previous daycare, Tulip Childcare, to come here. In our opinion, the experience felt very unprofessional and disappointing.

  We’ve had a truly wonderful experience with this daycare over the past few years. It is a warm, trusted place where children feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for every single day. What stands out most is the incredible variety of activities offered — from academic learning and creative projects to music, movement, and social development. The curriculum is rich and engaging, including special experiences such as concerts and exposure to French, which makes the program unique and very well-rounded. The educators are attentive, professional, and truly passionate about helping children grow, explore their interests, and build confidence in a nurturing environment. We strongly recommend this centre for families looking for a reliable, educational, enriching, and caring daycare community for children 3 years old and up to 6 years old. My daughter attended both the daycare and kindergarten classes there for several years, and we have seen her grow socially and academically during that time. The teachers are warm and nurturing, and the focus on safety is outstanding. The routines and activities are very well organized and beneficial for children.
