Waiting six months just to source a single drone is unacceptable. Communication was extremely poor and I was kept in the dark about the status of my order for most of the process. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t do business with this company again.

This place is amazing! Huge selection of hobby supplies and sets. I always go there for modelling supplies, but every single time I'm in the store I have to look around at everything they have. Models, RC kits, Warhammer...they have everything you would want, and all the stuff you need to keep you coming back! It's worked for me!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I bought an RC car (the Arrma Granite 4x4 665 Mega) from this location in November as a Christmas present to myself. Opened the box the day after Christmas and drove the car for about 20 mins before it just stopped driving. Figured I had a defective model or something seeing as when I bought the car I was explicitly told that this car is super durable and even a child could play with it, I made sure to ask multiple times about that as I have nephews that can be a little rough. Brought the RC and all the accessories back to the shop, spoke with the EXACT SAME SALES REP, was told “you should expect something to break on your RC car every time you use it, it’s just kind of how it works”. They offered to take the car back and fix it AT MY COST. Not happening. So now I’m stuck, with a broken piece of junk, and oh I forgot to mention, this wasn’t some $30-$40 toy. I spent over $500 on this car. TLDR: spent over $500 on a car for it to break within 20 mins and got told too bad life sucks. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAM ARTISTS YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. *edit* I also charged back the credit card I had originally charged it to, they lied and said I never came back to the shop or even tried to speak with them about it so the credit card denied my chargeback. Absolutely do not spend a penny at this place, a bunch of scam artists selling absolute junk.

Excellent selection of scale models. I was looking for more variety from the 1/16 world figures series and they ordered them up for me with no problems. They also have a good paint and supplies selection. Very helpful staff that always had answers to my questions and making sure I can easily find whatever it is I'm looking for. I would definitely recommend.
