  My son was 3 years old when he first started at Grey Matter. Over his first year I noticed he developed quite a few new skills. He learned to perfectly recognize all the letters and their sounds and by the end of the year, he was able to sound out and read small words! All the teachers and admin team always show a kind, nurturing, loving attitude towards all the children. A special shout-out to Ms. Claudia who worked more closely with my son. I am so happy with my experience with Grey Matter. I would highly recommend them!

  I would 100% recommend Grey Matter to any parent thinking of enrolling their child in preschool. The teachers are kind, compassionate, patient and genuinely care for all of their students. Special shout out to Ms Irene who were my boys’ teacher for 2 years… an absolute gem. Shirin and the other owner are excellent as well, very professional, approachable with great communication back to the parents. Thank you GM, our kids speak so fondly of their experience there!

  Words fail to express our gratitude to the teachers and staff at Grey Matter Montessori! Our child has been attend for only a few months, however each day they are excited to go to school and come home proud to share what they did that day. We have been very impressed with the curriculum and guest teachers who have come to give dance classes, a visit from a dental hygienist, and a painting project to name a few of the activities. The school uniform helps make life simple as a busy parent. The teachers (Ms. Irene, Ms. Brenda, Ms Ihida to name a few - there are others too who I wish I could name by name as well but cannot remember their names) put in a lot of care and work into inspiring wonder and awe in the kids - a invaluable joy to learn and explore the world around them. Shirin communicates to parents via monthly new letters to keep us up to date on activities and learn for the kids. This is greatly appreciated so as to help continue foster learning at home. I would highly recommend Grey Matter Montessori to anyone looking for a preschool and kindergarten program for their child that truly inspires the joy of learning.

  When we first started our search for a Montessori school for our son, I had a wishlist - Grey Matter Montessori has provided that and much more. I am eternally grateful to the amazing and deeply caring teachers whom have nurtured, encouraged, and helped my son embrace who he is at 4 years old. In the past 2 years, we have seen him grow into a confident and caring little boy who loves to learn, laugh, and make friends. He is enjoying learning more Spanish, and often shares with us what he is learning about in school. He is just happy to go to school, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience has been. For these reasons, we are extremely grateful, and we highly recommend Grey Matter Montessori.

  My daughter attended preschool at Grey Matter. I noticed a big progress in my daughter both academically and socially. All the instructors are very professional and amazing at what they do.
