  I had such an amazing time learning the Pastry Fundamental Class! Baron was very patient with his teaching and took his time to answer all our questions with great detail and explanations.   Highly highly recommend Gusta Cooking Studio. I attended a class with my 8 year old and my mom and we had the best time. The staff was so attentive. The studio was so clean and organized. All the ingredients were all measured out and ready for us when we arrived. The instructor was very informative and engaging. It was so nice to unplug and learn something new with family. Go if you can!

  Came here to make some pizzas with the groom and the fellow groomsmen and it was very epic. Some powerful pizzas were created, and we greatly appreciated Baron's patience! Super memorable experience, we are sorry if our actions may have disrespected the culinary arts, Italian culture, or the cooking studio itself

  I had a desire to learn more about baking and try something challenging. I randomly found Gusta cooking studio online and decided to take a class. I was unsure what to expect and Jenny emailed some details and clarified things about registration which was helpful. I came to the studio and entrance has a small store to buy supplies for baking or candy making. The larger studio room is a full service kitchen/bakery. It’s compact but has everything you need for your class. Our instructor was Nicholas- he was quite knowledgeable and patient explaining everything about how to make pain suiss which is a complicated recipe. The group that was taking classes were a bit quiet and he was asking questions to see if we understood what we were doing and why. Jeffry his assistant was super patient preparing absolutely everything we needed. I loved that high quality ingredients were used and each step was first shown to us and then we followed after wards with 1 on 1 help from Nicholas. The class was in depth and it didn’t disappoint. I didn’t want to attend a class that was teaching basic things. While I am not sure I will make it again I felt I learned so many new skills and tips to help in the future. We got to bring home everything we baked and had extras to take home to bake later. My family was so impressed everything look beyond professional and made by my hands which amazed me too. Would love to come back for another class! And highly recommend if you want to amp up your baking or cooking skills.

  This is an amazing studio to learn the art of baking or cooking. My second time coming. First time making pain Suisse (croissant) and this time brought a second person to make Madeleine’s and financier. Teacher was Baron extremely well versed and knowledgeable answering many questions throughout the way. Class room size is small so you have the opportunity to learn! The class has a Sous chef who does absolutely everything for you so no prepping or cleaning required. I felt very spoiled and learned a lot at the same time. I brought someone with me and they absolutely loved it too! No experience required. I’m positive I will go back for a 3rd or more times as there are so many classes to take that are worth learning!
