  I recently had dinner here and it was a great experience!!!! The service was excellent, Emily was very friendly and always ready to help. The ingredients were fresh, and there were many soup base options to choose from. I especially liked the customizable sauce station. The food was delicious and the service really stood out. I would definitely recommend here!

  Came here for New Years Eve for lunch. Had tried to come for dinner the night before, but it was extremely busy. From the escort to my seat, to the service during the time I was eating, it was amazing. Staff were very attentive, and did a lot of very small extra things that made the experience more enjoyable. Food was great. I haven't had hot pot in a while, so I figured I spoil myself to end the year. Water was constantly refilled, and suggestions as to how to eat certain foods was provided (I think my server's name was Cindy, she did a great job). It's pricy, but in my opinion, worth it. I might not be able to enjoy it every week, but I have no problem coming back here again for special occasions. If you want to get a table, get there early. It filled up quite quickly after I arrived just after 11 am for lunch. Dinner I would think filled up just as fast. If you do, you'll have no wait, and spend more time eating. 😛

  Just like any other Haidilao location, the customer experience here is always going to be top notch. If it weren't for the priciness, I would absolutely be back twice a month. The amenities in the waiting area are amazing, with free fruits and chips. Inside the restaurant, it's extremely convenient to place orders on the tablets tucked beside the table. They also provide aprons, hair ties, and more toiletries in the bathroom (mouthwash, toothpicks, etc.). Service is quick and efficient, and the quality of food is great as well! I really like this new location as it's local to the city of Mississauga. I would definitely recommend anyone in the area to check this place out if they're looking for a nice hot pot experience!

  Fantastic service.. Everyone in the restaurant was so friendly and professional.. our servers Jason and Joel were absolutely the best. Special shoutout to them both.. They made my son's birthday special. We had a group of 11 and they took very good care of us.. The food was excellent as well. I really liked the Tom yum base and the spicy pork broth was very good.. The rest of the table liked the tomato base as well.. Great selection of meat and the prices are super reasonable.. Definitely a must visit and we will be back.
