  We decided to check out this daycare because it had good reviews and looked like a nice place. Unfortunately, our experience ended very differently. We paid a $1,200 deposit and never got it back, even though our child was never officially registered or enrolled. We also gave more than two months’ notice that we would be withdrawing, and this decision was made entirely in the best interest of our child. What really bothers us is that nowhere in their handbook or written materials does it say the deposit would be kept in a situation like this. We gave plenty of notice, which should have given them more than enough time to find another family to take the spot. The most frustrating part was the communication. We reached out multiple times asking for a clear explanation as to why the deposit was being kept, but instead of getting a straight answer, our questions were repeatedly avoided. This situation has been incredibly stressful and disappointing, and it has now escalated to the point where we’ve had to take legal action. To be fair, I can’t comment on the quality of care itself, and I’m sure the daycare may be fine day-to-day. However, the way this situation was handled felt unprofessional and unfair, especially when dealing with families and large sums of money. My advice to other parents: be very careful and don’t rush into paying a deposit without fully understanding the terms. Based on our experience, you may not get it back even if you give plenty of notice and never enroll your child. Parents deserve clarity, honesty, and respectful communication. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience here.

  The best daycare ever!! Teachers are the best and I would recommend this place to everyone. My girl had social anxiety before attending here and with the amazing help of her teachers, she has overcome it. I’m so happy and so grateful we got to be part of this little family. We will cherish our time here!!

  Happyland has been such a joy for our child. The staff are so caring and engaged, our daughter absolutely loves daycare and the staff. They have helped her with her development and kept us informed the whole time. Happyland has also supported me as a parent when I am uncertain or have questions. Such care all around. I would definitely recommend Happyland Daycare to anyone.
