Back in late August/early September we had our Frosh Week at York University, and one of our events was an Arcade Night, to which we reached out to Hart Entertainment. And I must say, they were absolutely wonderful, especially the staff! Their communication was excellent, arriving early to setup, making sure all games were set and working (to which they finished very early and had half an hour until the actual event start time), and just being an overall great vibe by getting along great with the students. Looking forward to have them come back again as I will be heavily promoting Hart Entertainment to future Frosh Week planners! Thank you all so much :)

From the very beginning, correspondence was well received, and questions were answered. The day of the event, the staff were very polite, friendly, kind, careful, helpful and even interacted with the kids.
