Look at the difference of those two pics. You’d think they’re two completely different drinks but no they’re both “strawberry cloud”. The first pic is from last week it looked exactly like the display picture, it was perfectly sweet & light pink colour. The second pic is from this week. When I seen the colour I was shocked how dark it was cuz it’s usually light pink. For taste it was not sweet at all & it had a stronger strawberry flavour than usual & very dark colour. I been craving this drink all week & I was sad it didn’t taste the same as it usually does. I get every barista is gonna make it different but it’s always close to the same taste until today it tastes nothing like strawberry cloud it was more like strawberry’s blended with ice only & no sweetness or light colour it’s tasted like I got a completely different drink. . . I hope in the future they can make sure they follow the recipe exactly.

The smoothies and smoothie bowls are all delicious and reasonably priced. The staff are kind, positive and very knowledgeable about the menu. Joined the rewards system and looking forward to my next visit. Edit: I came on my birthday and they went the extra mile and wrote a birthday message on my bowl. SO CUTE! Love this place.

Easily one of the best açai bowls in and around the GTA. And I’ve tried a handful. While it may not be the cheapest, but I’m okay with that as long as fresh ingredients are being used and they have add ons such as sea moss, lions mane etc. I love it. I started coming to HEAL last year, and one bowl is honestly a meal in itself for me. My go too is the Honey Bee 🐝 Bowl and recently I subbed out the bananas for strawberries due to an intolerance and they were very accommodating for it 🫶 I live in Toronto but work in Mississauga so this is my go to every once and a while on my way home. A must try at least once! One thing to note is I have noticed the service improved a lot compared to last year which wasn’t bad but it has significantly improved 🤗

I’ve tried multiple different Acai bowl places in the city and none of them compete with Heal. Bowls are blended fresh to order instead of from a machine. You can taste the difference for sure. I’ve tried most of their menu, but I always go back to the power Acai bowl. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent place to get delicious Acai bowls - not only taste good but im sure are good for you. It was my first time, I got the Honey-B Acai. And, it did not disappoint. I added chia pudding, marine collagen and almond butter drizzle layered. There was a little booboo with the order, but their response to it said it all. They apologized, and remade it for me. I really did appreciate them taking accountability. Its truly a wellness inspired environment. Must check it out. They have cool seating which looks like swings and cute set up. Also, the size of the bowls was enough and quite filling for 1 person.
