With my line of work, I have had the chance to walk this facility through and through and was able to be "a fly on the wall" many times while performing my duties. I can say from my point of view that this facility looks to run smoothly. The staff are very patient and have the children under control and the kids really seem to enjoy it there. Seeing as though we do not live in the area, it is not feasible for us to bring our children here. Otherwise, I would feel completely comfortable in doing so.

I've heard good and bad stories about this place so I had mixed feelings when enrolling my child. I really love the staff and how everything is going. I am glad I didn't let bad stories influence me because I have had nothing but good experiences. The fact is that this is a very large daycare with many many staff so everyone is going to have their own experiences. Well structured, clean and caring staff is what I've seen and experienced

I can’t express how thankful I am for this daycare centre and the staff that work here. My son, who is very shy, and emotional started here last month, and already he is thriving! I felt so so sad leaving him after mat leave, and the staff here made it effortless and made me feel so comfortable leaving him. They honestly love him, and he is so comfortable with them. They are honest, caring, compassionate, and do they best job to make these kiddos smile and happy!! Thank you so much Heart of the Family. We love you!

Not sure where to begin. Our two girls were here for close to 5 years and from day one they were welcomed with more than open arms. From the first drop off to the last, every day they were greeted with a smile from not just their teachers but all of them. We are going to miss all of the staff here and could not thank them enough for their hard work and dedication to all of the children here. Can not recommend Heart of the Family enough, thank you for taking the greatest of card of our girls! ❤️🙏

Really bad experience not getting into details but I wouldnt recommend the york location everybody talks and goes on how good they are but they ain't when it comes to a child special needs my son wasn't even there for a month and they terminated him 🤬🤬
