  We have nothing but amazing things to say about HEI Schools Waterdown. My husband and I have always been extremely pleased with the level of care and support our son has received over the last year. The facility is clean, the food offerings are nutritious and varied, and the classrooms are well appointed with lots of fun and educational offerings. The daily communication through the app gives peace of mind that our son is happy and thriving throughout the day. The director and teachers work really hard to bring fun events and activities to the school, while ensuring that parents have lots of ways to be involved. We want to give a special shout out to Ms. Denise, Ms. Luna, Ms. Nicole, Ms. Vicky, and Ms. Anisha. You have helped our son learn and grow so much and he absolutely adores all of you. We are so heartbroken that we have to leave this school.

  HEI was our family's first experience with daycare for our little, and set a high precedent that most other centers can't match. We are so grateful for the level of care that each and every staff member has which made our introduction to daycare so much easier, in addition to the calm and clean environment, and the nurturing energy that is so clearly resonated throughout the center. We thoroughly enjoyed witnessing our child's development during our enrollment at HEI.

  Although we don’t have experience with any other daycare, we really think HEI is top notch in the area. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted with relaxing music and calm atmosphere, which really sets the tone of how the whole facility operates. Our toddler has been there for a few months now and is absolutely thriving. He’s learned so many new words, skills and concepts and truly loves his teachers. Thanks to HEI, Ms Denise and the rest of the staff for being so great! They’re raising the next generation in such a fabulous way!

  This is a long overdue appreciation letter to the wonderful staff at HEI. We originally joined HEI because of Mr.Shuan, but we chose to stay because of the love, warmth, and positive energy that our son, received every single day in the past 2+ years. It has been truly priceless to see the smiles on every staff member’s face — especially the welcoming smiles of Ms. Nichole and Ms. Vichkey — and absolutely heart-melting to hear my son asks me to pick him up late just so he can stay and play longer. He often tells us how much he misses Ms. Monica and Ms. Emma, which speaks volumes about the care, connection, and sense of belonging he’s felt. A very special mention to Ms. Luna — Anson affectionately calls the school "Luna" because of her! We can't thank you enough for the love and joy you bring. Also, a huge thank you to the amazing kitchen staff, in paticular Mr. Albert. My son can be quite a picky eater, yet he absolutely loved the meals at HEI — this truly added the cherry on top of an already incredible experience. Last but not least, thank you to Denise for your fantastic leadership and for maintaining such a high standard at HEI. We sincerely wish you, your family, and the entire HEI team all the very best!   We’ve had such a wonderful experience with HEI school. The staff are caring, attentive, and truly treat the children like family. Janice looked forward to going every day and has grown so much socially and academically! We will miss all of you!
