Such a fun place! We are writing this AFTER so no discount or promo for writing a review. It was genuinely so good! And staff were really nice and friendly!

Did The Crypt room yesterday, and the setup was great. The puzzles were creative, challenging, and really well put together. However, once we entered the second room, the immersion dropped. We could hear people singing and conversations from other rooms. At one point, it even sounded like there might’ve been a few comments about us, if you’re going to talk about guests (or in general), maybe make sure they can’t actually hear you, lol. The room itself was excellent, but the noise made it hard to stay fully immersed. EDIT: Zein from management got in touch and explained that the noise was caused by a game master who was on a personal call during our session. They apologized on behalf of both the game master and HintHunt, and let me know they’ve handled it and retrained their staff. I truly appreciate their professionalism, it’s rare to see a business take such responsibility and care to make things right.

Customer service was good, the room itself was fun - we did the Zombie one; it had a good level of difficulty and was challenging. There were some technical glitches that were a bit frustrating, but the operations personnel's were great in getting us through those. Overall a great time!

6 of us completed the Zen room tonight (ages 15-20 plus one mom who barely helped out) and we had a great time! The challenges were tough enough and really interesting requiring everyone's participation. The girls played some board games in the lobby while we waited which passed the time nicely. They had a locked chest to keep your belongings and a coat rack outside the room. Would recommend and we look forward to coming back to try a different room soon.

Came in as a walk in and ended up staying for 3 hours and doing 3 escape rooms. Julia thank you for your patience and help. This escape room is out of this world. We have done many rooms and this is in the top bar none. Feels very immersive and the production value is insane. Puzzles are very unique and can be quite challenging. You won't be disappointed. Very good customer service. See you again soon!
