  Andrew’s karaoke system ( the whole set) is gorgeous! My entire family including our young little son and 70-year-old in-law now enjoy singing almost every day after dinner. It is probably a very good way to lose weight, since we are exhausted after singing for about half an hour. Andrew is patient and professional when explaining the operation of machines and gives us loads of after-sales service. His accountant/sales lady is also kind and helpful, too. Above all, when we got to know that he is now over 80 yrs old but still look very young, we were amazed; his mentality and attitude toward working after retirement ( has running the store for 34 years so far) even “revolutionized” my perspective of my future life. Remaining active and positive is the best medicine for an enjoyable life, regardless of age. So in general, Andrew’s Karaoke system has been working perfectly at our home so far ( the audio and mic system is impeccable after couple of adjustments and the system started to pick up and tune itself in the new environment), and we appreciate Andrew’s work to bring happiness to us thru his great products and service.

  This is the only karaoke store in the GTA. My sister and I planned on getting our mother a karaoke system for Christmas. What we thought we knew about karaoke was not even close to what Andrew shared the knowledge of what karaoke was. The passion Andrew has about karaoke system goes through the roof. He helped us understand what we were looking for when it came to karaoke. From the system itself, to sounds system, microphones, type of karaoke we want. We ended up being there for an hour listening to a master doing what he loves. Andrew is a man of his words. The system we got for mom is the best. She loves her gift and the family enjoys our late night karaoke session. Andrew was also kind enough to upgrade our sound system due to my mother wanted a bigger and louder sound system.
