Sweetest and cutest store owner! I believe her daughter actually owns the place but she run it. She was so happy to serve us. Definition of loving and honouring your job! She was so patient with us; I was able to taste test 3 flavours I was unfamiliar with and honestly I feel like she would've let me try them all! Definitely recommend stopping by here for dessert if you're in the area. Lots of flavours from kawartha ice cream.

Fantastic ice cream shop with a super friendly person behind the counter! Made a point of washing his hands when we came in. Greeted us and struck up a conversation. He even suggested some good restaraunts in the area when we said we were newer to town. Plus, the portions... great portion sizes, I probably didn't need the 2 scoops, but I regret nothing. 10/10 would recommend and will be back!

I visited this place with 3 of my friends for the first time today. The ice cream itself was amazing, better than many of the popular ice cream recommendations I’ve tried. However, what put this experience over the top was the customer service. The owner was very kind and made the visit very wholesome.

I recently visited Ice Cream Squad and it was fantastic! The shop has a fun, vibrant atmosphere and the staff were super friendly. The variety of flavors is impressive, and each scoop is rich and delicious. Special shoutout to Kaushi, the lovely lady who served me. Her cheerful attitude and excellent recommendations made the experience even better. Overall, Ice Cream Squad is a gem for anyone with a sweet tooth. Highly recommend!

This ice cream shop has quite a variety of Kawartha ice cream flavours. They gave me a huge portion for 2 scoops, and was able to try a few flavours before I decided what I wanted in my cup . It’s a family-owned business, the staff are very kind and want you to have a great experience. Definitely coming back!
