Myself and my family have been going to Ideal Optical for many many years and seeing Dr. Sharon Garcha for the past few years. From the days of the original store to the beautifully renovated one, every visit has been a truly positive experience. We’ve always been treated with the utmost respect, and the service goes above and beyond — whether it’s for a new pair of glasses or a simple repair. Dr. Garcha takes her time with every appointment, thoroughly explaining everything and patiently answering all our questions. Her professionalism and warm nature create such a comfortable environment. Over the years, I’ve referred many family members, friends, and co-workers to Ideal Optical, and I’ve only ever heard great feedback — never a single disappointment. Jas, we missed you during our last visit, but Annie was wonderful — very helpful and thorough. It’s always a pleasure to be taken care of by such a great team.   I recently booked an appointment and had a wonderful experience. Dr. Sharon Garcha helped me a ton and provided great information and solutions for my dry eye issues. Other doctors and specialists haven’t been nearly as informative or helpful. Jas is kind and knowledgeable, she is great at helping me pick out the perfect glasses that fit me. Plus, they are both delightful to talk to. The staff are kind and helpful, and they have a great selection of glasses. I had a great experience, thank you Ideal Optical!
