Indigo is one of the best places to pick a book to buy. I love the endless varieties of reading options for all ages . It is not only a book shop but also a gift shop, electronic shop and home shop :) Their unique goods make it very special to buy from . Can’t stop talking about their employees super friendly attitude and help. The music is touching your heart and the total environment is very positive and sympathetic. If you have kids, don’t miss to visit their INDIGO KIDS area. Amazing

I went to pick up a book that I bought online. The service was quick. I also had a chance to look at number of hand picked book selections at the entrance of the store. They were 20-30% off and they ranged from classics to newly published autobiographies.

Lovely, well kept location. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. It's easy to find what you are looking for, and if you can't find it, the staff is always more than happy to help. Love shopping at this location.

I visited this store today to look at a display Toniebox and explore the shop. We did not purchase anything, which was never our intention for this visit. While leaving the store, I felt extremely uncomfortable due to the cashier giving me a suspicious and judgmental look, as if I were stealing something. This made the experience unpleasant and unwelcoming. I even smiled at her saying Thank you. But she kept staring at me. I cannot say for certain why this happened, but it left me feeling singled out and disrespected. Retail staff should treat all customers with the same level of courtesy and professionalism, regardless of whether they make a purchase. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures a more inclusive and respectful experience for future customers.

This is a review for this particular Indigo store. I came in today because of the 30% off hardcover books as advertised online. When I brought the 2 hardcover books I wanted to purchase to the cashier, I was told that they could only honour the 30% on one of the books. What is the point of having a 30% percent off hardcover books advertised online and in the story for it to only apply to certain hardcover books? Later in the day I went to the two Indigo locations in Burlington. At both locations they honored the 30% sale on the books I purchased there. At the Indigo location at the Burlington Centre, a gentleman there named Justin even said to me that even if the book would not show as being 30% off at the cashier they would honour it regardless. Later, the same happened at the other Indigo location at the Burlington Power Centre, where the cashier told the they would honour the 30% off hardcovers on any hard cover in the store. Indigo itself should do a better job of explaining this online or in the stores, otherwise honour it like the two stores in Burlington did.
