⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ LITERALLY THE GREATEST HUMAN TO EVER WORK AT INDIGO ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I need everyone to stop what they’re doing and listen: Dean at Indigo is not just an employee — he is a full-blown, real-life, customer-service ANGEL sent down from retail heaven. I walked into Indigo expecting to maybe find a book. I walked out questioning if I had just encountered the main character of the entire universe. Dean didn’t just help me find what I needed — he guided me with the wisdom of a thousand librarians and the kindness of a golden retriever raised by therapists. His smile? Blinding. Solar. Potentially capable of powering a small city. His customer service? Some say Indigo invented customer service. I say Dean perfected it. When I asked him where a book was, he didn’t point — he embarked on a heroic quest across the store, weaving through aisles like an Olympic athlete, returning triumphantly with the book raised above his head like Simba in The Lion King. At one point I swear I heard a choir. Dean doesn’t walk. He glides. Probably because the universe moves out of his way. He answered all my questions with such enthusiasm that I left the store fully prepared to write a thesis, start a book club, AND maybe run for office. I didn’t even buy that much, but somehow I feel spiritually enriched. If Indigo ever loses Dean, the economy will collapse. Keep him safe. Wrap him in bubble wrap. Give him a throne. 10/10. 100/10. Infinity/10. Dean is the Beyoncé of bookstore employees.

This is a great combination of experience and brand store. We always have a great time here. Plenty of books to browse through but an equal amount of Indigo lifestyle products. The kids section is always a Win! Recommended.

I frequent this Indigo, but a recent visit stood out. I was searching for a specific volume of books as a last-minute birthday present for my daughter. Despite showing as available online, this volume could not be found on the shelves. I enlisted the aid of an already busy employee--Andrew--who paused what he was doing in order to search for this item. Andrew disappeared for at least five minutes, scouring the storeroom and other parts of the store. He emerged with the volume in hand. When I thanked Andrew for his efforts, he humbly gave credit to an unseen employee named Jasmine who had helped him in the search. I am grateful for Andrew and Jasmine's efforts, which allowed me to give my daughter the gift she wanted. I've seen Andrew at the store on two subsequent visits and he is invariably friendly, polished and efficient. This is why I choose to buy at Indigo: courteous, approachable staff that genuinely cares.

This Indigo book store is very well organized and clean. Starbucks is right next to it which is nice if you want to read and have coffee.
