Super friendly staff and when stock wasn't available at the Oakville store, the owner quickly resolved the issue to transfer the shoes from Milton. The staff was super patient and I tried on many styles and sizes and helped me find the best fit. Bought 2 pairs in the end and will definitely return to buy more! Thank you!

Good experience as my daughter and I were the only customers in here at the time. The employee was very patient with us and made sure my daughter had everything we needed. It was my daughter's first time needing accessories/clothing for a class so it was a proud papa moment to be able to do this together. Happy that the experience was smooth and helpful. 😁👍

We've been coming here to buy shoes for 3 years. This year my daughter came for tap shoes. The lady helping us used the "recommend guidelines" book and sold us a shoe. It was the wrong one. Brought it back, and they refused to exchange or even give us a discount on the new shoes. They wouldn't even acknowledge their mistake. Won't be coming back.
