Time for cherry blossom. Last year we were at High Park and very impressed. This year, we were at Edward's Garden, Phyllis Rawlinson Park, and Japanese Canadian Cultural Garden, with the latter is the best place to visit. When arrival, there were many visitors already but ample parking lot was not a problem. There are quite a number of cherry blossom trees outside the complex, both in pink and white. The trees are shorter and can come close to the flowers. It is definitely a good place for enjoying the beauty of the flowers. Timing is important as they are in full bloom now. Thanks JCCC for maintaining such a beauty and we don't need to drive all the way to High Park anymore. Definitely, we will come back here to enjoy more cultural events.

What a cool place to experience Japanese culture! We visited during Doors Open and had a great time! We participated in a tea ceremony demonstration, checked out some martial arts demonstrations, and explored the museum and signed film festival posters. The snacks and drinks available for purchase were delicious. Wish I lived closer so I could take some classes here.

The center hosts a number of amazing cultural experiences. For those wanting to learn more about Japanese culture or Budo/Martial arts, this is one of the foremost places in Canada. Always there for Swordsmanship, nevef disappointed.

It’s an old building with a lot of functional rooms but somewhat ran down and in need of renovation. I was there for a presentation and the hall was not bad at all. The washrooms do need an upgrade, though.

A nice Japanese cultural centre with various kinds of anime and Japanese vibe things to see through!! I recommend you going to this nice cultural centre with your family and friends, if you (or your kids) are being interested in Japanese arts and about Japanese culture and about its history & relics!!! :) Also, this building was recently built new, so it’s overall design is pretty cool!!, and it’s overall appearance looks good too. There is a small restaurant which you can eat or taste lots of Japanese styled foods and snacks, desserts 🍮 too inside this Japanese culture centre!! ( I also recommend you going here if you are being interested in Japanese anime or with arts or martial arts!! There are also an academies which are teaching those Japanese things in this Japanese culture centre too!!! :);):)
