There's not much to this park. However, when I'm running through Lake Wilcox Park, I like to continue past that park and onto the trail in Jessie Vanek Park. It's a sweet little run through the woods by the lake. The main area on the slope south west of the community center isn't much, but at least it's not crowded.

I enjoyed my time through this small park. There is a perfect little spot to fish and wet your line for little kids. It's not amazing fishing but to be able to cast and have fun in a close spot is great. We did end up pulling out a few small crayfish when fishing with worms. Have fun!
