I have been wanting to get back into making model cars and stopped by to get some supplies. The gentleman working at this store are the pinnacle of customer service. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate. I ended up buying a model that didn't have a colour chart and the person helped me pick out the paint, made great recommendations for supplies, and even gave me some complimentary cement. Pleasant interaction and ended up walking out with exactly what I was looking for.

Big retailers should take note! This store provides unbelievable service: real service. Friendly, informed, attentive, expert, not condescending or aloof. The last part is because I was given two old-school Compagnucci Race Cars that required some 'modernizations'. In the end, the price was fair, the repairs were explained and everything works to my sons delight (and mine)! There's always a place for brick and mortar stores with friendly, honest owners. The City is a luckier place to have them.

The staff were very helpful in advising me what replacement parts and upgrades would be good for my Traxxas rustler. And prices are lower than online or anywhere else. Would recommend to anyone

My son and I went in to see if one of his Bachmann trains could be repaired today. The person we dealt with was great (wish I got his name); you could tell how much he loves his work, extremely friendly, kind, patient and knowledgeable. It was a great experience for my son and he is already planning his next visit. Thanks so much!!!
