  I love Jollibee and I miss jollibee!!🤩🤩 I was a little worried because the reviews here weren’t so good… Oh my. But when I ordered, my English wasn’t very good — still, the staff really understood me and helped a lot! Thank you so much!!⭐️ Also, the Jollibee spaghetti tastes just like it does in the Philippines! The chicken was super delicious too! The only thing I was a little sad about was the gravy — it was a bit too watery. But still, it was tasty! I love it! Thank you~!😍😍

  The noodles is too dry not even enough sauce and the chicken seems like its been sitting for hours. Its not even the standard since its small but still they serve it to the customers. Out of the locations in Jollibee here in ontario this the worst that ive been to. Please do better.

  The closest one from where we are currently living. And we wild drive an hr and 20 minutes for Jollibee. We ordered our food and the price was a bit high with a few added orders. The cashier was able to reset it to make the same order but using different combos work for us. definitely enjoyed our meal!

  I’d like to share what happened during my visit. First, my order was incomplete, one of the drinks was missing. When I informed the staff, they gave me the drink, but there was no apology, which was disappointing. Second, my order was also missing gravy. I had to go back again, and it took some time before the crew gave it to me. It seemed like he wasn’t sure what to do, and again, there was no sense of urgency or apology. I understand that it can get busy, but basic order accuracy and simple courtesy like saying “sorry” go a long way. I hope this feedback helps improve the service experience for future customers.

  I visited square one location today around 8:45pm and had a very disappointing experience. From the beginning, very poor customer service from the cashier with long hair. It’s shocking to see the server putting his hands in his pants multiple times and then touching the food right away. Had to dispose off the entire order.
