From the moment we stepped inside, the atmosphere felt like a warm embrace, bridging the gap between Nablus and Ontario with incredible grace and authenticity. The service speed at Kanafani was nothing short of remarkable, especially considering how meticulously each item is crafted and how busy the plaza was during our visit. Often, specialty dessert spots can feel slow due to the complexity of the dishes, but this team operates with a level of efficiency that is rare to find. We were so impressed by how quickly our order was processed and delivered to our table without sacrificing a single ounce of quality or presentation. Our family felt valued and prioritized from start to finish, which made the entire evening feel seamless and stressfree. This level of professionalism is exactly why we have already decided that we will be back for the first day of Ramadan to share these traditions with our loved ones. Of course we have to reserve a special, heartfelt mention for an employee named Mohsin, who truly transformed our visit into something unforgettable. The second we walked through the door, he greeted us with such genuine politeness and a radiant smile that it felt like being welcomed into a private home. In a world where customer service can often feel scripted, Mohsin’s warmth was authentic, and he stayed consistently happy and upbeat throughout our entire stay. He possesses an incredible work ethic that is hard to miss, as he seems to be everywhere at once while maintaining total composure. Even though the cafe was bustling with people and the energy was high, he made sure we felt seen and acknowledged right away. His positive energy is infectious, and it’s clear he takes great pride in representing the Kanafani name. We were honestly blown away by how he manages to juggle so many responsibilities while keeping a pleasant demeanor. It is rare to see someone so young and energetic who understands the true value of a first impression. If you ever have Mohsin during your visit at Kanafani, you will never forget the experience he genuinely so funny and inspiring kind. The cafe was absolutely packed when we arrived, and there didn't seem to be a single seat available for a family of four, but Mohsin didn't let that stop him. He noticed us looking for a spot and, in a matter of mere minutes, he managed to secure a table for us and had it cleaned and ready. The speed at which he sanitized the area and reset the space was truly impressive; he didn't just wipe it down, he made it spotless and inviting. When he wasn't directly helping us, we noticed him constantly on the move, cleaning the floors and jumping in to assist other customers without being asked. He is a master multitasker who clearly cares about the cleanliness and flow of the environment, ensuring everyone has a pleasant experience. It was inspiring to watch him work so hard, never losing that smile even when the line was out the door. He is undoubtedly a massive asset to the Ridgeway team, and his dedication to service is something other businesses should strive for. We honestly believe he deserves a raise or a promotion for the way he handles the weekend rush with such grace. We gave him $20 tips for how he treated us, and Mohsin if you’re reading this you deserve it. When the food arrived, we could tastes the authentic Nablus flavors! From the crispy, traditional Fresh Knafeh to the light Qashtuta milk cake, every bite was a masterclass. Their Iced Lattes (Tiramisu, Spanish, and Matcha) are equally impressive. A beautiful tribute to Palestinian culture and a perfect family spot.

  10/10 🔥😍 Kanafani Sweets & Coffee is honestly too good. I stopped by for a quick kunafa and ended up staying way longer than I planned. The sweets are amazing, the coffee hits perfectly, and the staff treat you like they’ve known you forever. Definitely my new go-to spot… even if my diet hates me 🤣

  I had a wonderful experience at Kanafani Sweets & Coffee. I ordered the cheesecake along with a caramel vanilla latte and everything was absolutely delicious. My friend tried one of the Middle Eastern desserts and it was excellent as well. It is a great place to meet a friend and socialize. The atmosphere was warm, friendly, and inviting. The space is beautiful and lively, and it is clearly a popular and busy spot, which adds to the great vibe. Our server Seleh was amazing. He made a perfect latte and provided excellent service with such a friendly attitude. The owner was also very kind and welcoming, which really stood out to me. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Kanafani Sweets & Coffee to anyone looking for quality desserts, great service, and a comfortable place to relax and connect with others. I will absolutely be back.

  I come here pretty often and have tried most of their drinks ,everything I’ve had has been great. My favourite is the iced Spanish latte. The matcha is decent, and I also really like the tiramisu latte and caramel macchiato. The Dubai Chocolate Cup, warabat, and knafeh are all delicious too. The service is always great ,definitely one of my favourite spots!
