  Food was delicious and restaurant as a whole was very clean, tables always being immediately wiped and bathrooms very tidy! Food is consistent and fresh, my mom said they even have it down to the perfect soda mix ratio! Keep it up you guys are our new family-dinner location!

  Had an excellent experience at Kelsey’s! The food was fresh, flavorful, and arrived quickly — everything we ordered exceeded expectations. What really set this visit apart was the service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we walked in. We phoned the restaurant and asked for a party for 35 within 20-minutes notice. The service staff responded promptly and had an efficient approach to gathering orders, preparing meals, and providing bills all while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Overall, Kelsey’s delivered on great food, excellent service, and true hospitality. A spot I’d absolutely recommend and will be returning to again.

  Food was good. Chicken bites were definitely overcooked, but the fajitas were phenomenal. Overall it was a great experience. My only major note was there was a guy I assume was a manager or something that just kept standing/leaning against where staff was running food out of the kitchen. He kept staring at everyone in the area in a way that was very off putting. He wasn't in a uniform shirt so it took a minute to deduce he was probably not just some rando. I get that he may have been monitoring staff, keeping an eye on things, etc, but surely there was a better spot to be than blocking food runners and servers. Wanted dessert but didn't want to feel watched anymore while I was eating. Again though, the servers were amazing, no complaints at all about how our table service was.

  Went to Kelsey’s late on a Friday evening. Despite the restaurant being busy, we were seated right away. Our server was attentive, and both food and drinks arrived in a timely manner. However, the food itself was just average—we’ve had much better elsewhere. Decent experience overall, but not particularly memorable.

  Feb 11, 2026 Google review written: Attended Kelsey’s in Aurora on Feb 10, 2026. Steph Was our waitress. Super amazing young lady! Very attentive! Steph was very polite, kind, very informative. When I advised her of a very serious allergy as I ordered my meal, she took confirmed with the cooks of my allergy, and took the opportunity to confirm the appetizer and main course would not touch anything that I was allergy to, as it would cause me a severe medical emergency. Then Steph returned and followed up with me. No one has ever confirmed how the food was prepared - that was so considerate of Steph. I never expected that, and she said she did not want me to have any concerns and just to enjoy a delicious meal!!! I asked for the manager, and said my discussion I will have with the manager is nothing negative about her, but only good reviews. Steve was the Manager attended our table and I told him about my allergy and the extent she went to confirm how the meal was prepared, then provided me the update, was going above and beyond! I informed Steve of her great service, and how kind she was as well! I have to say, Steve is such a gentleman, full of laughter & smiles who cares about his employees, and establishment, and the customers! Totally going back! Thank you Steve and Steph for a great evening!!!
