  I bought a pair of rainboots for my child a few days ago (less than a week) and she wore them only once before she found them pretty uncomfortable and hurting her legs (not the wrong size, just uncomfortable). I cleaned them and took them back today only to hear that I cannot exchange or get store credit! I mean this is little “kiddie”s we are talking about here; how can you expect the shoes to be “unworn” before we figure out if they fit, or are comfortable?! It was my first time shopping at this store and it will definitely be my last time, too! I am sorry, but I can’t force my kid to guarantee if the shoes are just perfect with only trying them on for a few seconds! I prefer to shop at a store where they can figure out how to “resell” shoes that are worn once only and look perfectly fine! (Because that’s the reason I was given by the store assisstant: “We can’t resell these.”) Do not recommend! 👎

  This is the best location to get your kids shoes, outerwear accessories you name it. All the advice you need. Christine and her team are exceptional. They guide you and give the best advice. I can’t say enough good things! The service and convenience is like no other place. The merchandise is beautiful and quality. They have a website and deliver your orders.

  This is THE PLACE to go when shopping for your child's shoes!!! Christine is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and honest. Her passion and commitment is evident from the way she interacted with my toddler, making sure he was comfortable and happy! Christine tailored the choices to meet his needs and ensure that we were buying safe, supportive footwear. To top it off, they have adapted to the lockdowns and offer services to ensure that all customers are safe and needs are met, which my family appreciated very much. All the staff have been very friendly, flexible and communicate in a timely manner. A commendable transition! I am one happy and satisfied customer who will definitely be returning season after season!!!!

  Elicia is amazing! My daughter hates shoe shopping but Elicia kept her engaged the whole time. It was such a relief to have her support us, she turned a chore into a really fun experience and now my daughter asks to go back to the store every week! It is very apparent that Elicia is able to build rapport with children quickly and turns shoe shopping into a fun game. The shoe selection was great, we were able to find multiple pairs of shoes for different occasions. Thank you so much.

  ** update** soon after posting my review below I was contacted by the store owner. I was given a full store credit to use at a future date. Thanks for making things good! Today was a sad day for shopping for my kids footwear! I remember going to Kiddie Kobbler as a child at Hillcrest Mall in Richmond Hill with my parents in the 80s. My wife and I continued this quality tradition with our kids. Unfortunately our experience today was horrible all because one employee made a sub par judgement call to not exchange my daughters footwear! Apparently we were 2-3 days beyond the exchange period of 14 days. Really? In the middle of Covid your manager decides not to exchange the merchandise? Might I remind you that it was your "in house professional" who incorrectly measured my childs feet and did not take into account the width! Might I add that your employee's less than professional knowledge was the reason we even had to go back to the store in the first place! As two self employed people my wife and I had to make a special trip to the mall as we don't work regular shifts every week. You understand you are not the only store that sells kids shoes right? As small business owners we will inform our customers of your stores poor judgement and as parents who get together with other parents we will discuss our negative experience! It's too bad that because of one employees poor judgement call so much is now lost! The shoes are in non worn condition/brand new and should not have been an issue to be exchanged! All my daughter did was try them on and take them off! Your establishment and staff should be embarrassed of denying us an exchange and treating us in this manner! 0/5🌟
