Kids and Co Scotia Plaza has been amazing for our twin girls. They have developed massively since joining in September. The staff were so considerate and conscientious in helping our girls transition from the infant to toddler room recently. Special shout out to Abi who greets our girls with warmth and a huge smile every morning. We couldn't have asked for a better daycare.

Our two boys are here full time and they both love it. My oldest who is now almost 4, started in September 2023 and my 16m old started in September 2025. Since the beginning, Anita (Center Director) has been kind and welcoming. She has always been timely and attentive with my concerns, which of course, there have been some as I think all centers have and all parents would have but they are not worth mentioning and they do not take away from my review. Anita and her staff take exceptional care of our kids. I see them go above and beyond. I saw someone mention in their review that their child doesn't drink milk and no alternative was offered. I cannot speak on that, however, our youngest is allergic to dairy milk and the staff offered soy milk as an alternative. I've seen other reviews mentioning lack of affection, cuddles etc. From my experience, I've noticed the staff offering affection/cuddles whenever they can and I see plenty of it! But I know it can get busy the staff are just prioritizing accordingly. Personally, I don't think 5 days is enough time for a child to transition to a new environment. Both of my boys took at least 1-2 weeks to get used to their new environment and now they absolutely love it. This center has basically been like a family to us now. We've made friendships with other families through this center. The staff have helped my kids flourish. I cannot say enough good things about Kids and Co Scotia Plaza. We will be extremely sad when we have to leave one day.

My girls went to Scotia Kids and Company since they were infants and we’ve always had a great experience. The director has always been very nice and supportive and always open to communication and suggestions. The teachers have always been very kind and helped my girls achieve their milestones. The director and teachers care a lot about the kids safety and wellbeing, I’ve first hand witnessed them going out of their way to comfort and soothe children. I would highly recommend this daycare.
