  Our son stayed in this daycare for 5 months. We were impressed by the physical environment on our initial visit. Since it's a new location, everything looks good and brand new. All their policies and programming look great on paper. But right from the first week we realized there is a huge problem with the teachers. The teachers are nice people, but very obviously they have zero passion for their jobs. They are just there to punch in and out to collect hours. There was minimum efforts made to help kids getting accustomed to the new environment and make friends with each other. When they have "group activities", whoever wants to join may join, but others are just left loose wandering around the room (that's about 20-40% of the kids) again, no effort were made in engaging kids. I used to sit behind my wheels in the parking lot and watch my son standing alone in the playground doing absolutely nothing during outdoor play period, with a miserable face. Two teachers standing right beside him, no one bothered to talk to him or even notice him. Those two teachers were not watching kids, they were looking away just staring blanks. I finally made the call to the Daycare director and asked her to come out to do something. We have raised our concerns to the program director multiple times but there's hardly any improvements. This center needs stronger leadership! If you want your kids in a daycare to develop social skills, this is the wrong place to go. They do not promote social interactions, my son didn't even develop a bonding with the teachers. He hates going there every single day through out the 5 months. But if you just need a place to drop off your kids because you need to go to work, this is a good place because they always have spots open. On top of this, we were promised for things that turned out to be wrong info. When we signed up, we were told they have a "travel program", which means if you need to travel to a different city and wants to place you child to a kids&co location there, they can arrange it beforehand for you and if there's available spot, you can get it for free (of course you're still paying the monthly fees at your home location). Because my husband travels quite frequently, we thought this could be a very valuable service. But when we were planning to use it, we were informed that we need to pay additional $ per day for placing kids at a different location (on top of the monthly fee we are paying at the home location). We understand their policy but are frustrated because they certainly made the wrong promise before we signed up. We have since left the center and joined another daycare. Our son is having so much more fun in the new place and we watch him happily joining group activities every day. We realized that for kids, brand new classroom and shining toys doesn't matter, in-class camera for parent's convenience doesn't matter, what really matters is to have teachers who truly love their jobs and who truly love kids! We really regret the time we made our son spent at Kids&Co!

  My son has been going to Kids and Co for several months now. We were extremely disappointed with the location he was attending. I made the sacrifice to bring him there despite the distance and additional cost and was so upset with the level of care, staff etc. We have since switched locations to the Stock Yard and couldn't be more please. This was the location I initially got the recommendation for and I see why. Let me just say not all locations are the same! In the month and a half that we have been here I couldn't be more pleased with their level of care and support. Melissa the director and Caroline his teacher are AMAZING! It is not just a job for them and you can tell. My son's behavior has changed, he loves his teacher and class mates, and he is learning so much! As a parent I am thrilled to see all the improvements he is making in such a short time. Wow, what a difference staffing can make. I highly recommend this location.

  My son is attending this daycare since February in toddler room. He had very hard time to adjust to daycare but the staff made the transition so much easier for him and me. Each and every Staff is very caring and friendly. Melissa is awesome and very responsive to communication. They accommodated extra days for me when I needed. It's a blessing to have a daycare like this, where you can leave your kids and don't have to worry about anything. Thank you so much to everyone who works at this location and makes this place a great as well as safe place for kids ❤️

  We couldn’t be happier with this daycare! From the very first day, the staff made us feel welcomed and reassured. They are caring, patient, and truly dedicated to every child’s well-being and development. The environment is safe, clean, and filled with engaging activities that encourage both learning and play. Our child has grown so much socially and academically since joining, and it’s clear how much thought and effort the teachers put into every detail. Communication with parents is excellent—they keep us updated daily and always take the time to answer questions. It gives us such peace of mind knowing our child is in such loving and capable hands. We are so grateful to have found this daycare and would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a nurturing and professional place for their little one.

  My son absolutely loves Kids & Co, and as a parent, that means everything to me. The staff is incredibly caring and patient, and you can tell they truly give their best every single day. The environment is clean, safe, and full of fun learning activities that keep him engaged and happy. We’re so grateful to have found a place where he feels comfortable, supported, and excited to learn!
