This is a wonderful shoe store for kids (and adults). The owners are very kind, thoughtful and generous. They have been able to fit small children who had different challenges walking with the right pair of shoes. Some of my family members have come as far as Brampton to be fitted at the store. Over the many years our family has been shopping at Kids Club on the rare occasion there was a problem they were very quick to put it right. I highly recommend shopping at Kids Club.

Have always gone there with my family for over 20 years. Customer service is incredible and the owners are amazingly patient with EVERYONE. I feel comfortable trying on everything until I am satisfied. Their whole attitude is, "Don't worry, find something that suits you, and even if you don't, it's okay." I like that, most non-pressuring salespeople ever. Definitely a place to shop for great quality shoes!
