Some great collections and good price. Stacking needs a little bit more work and trying out in such small isles are quite difficult. Will be better if a bit more space provided for a try on of footwear. Service seemed good as well. Had a good collection when I went there and was easy to find right sizes.

We had an exceptional experience here! I was helped by a young man and was lucky enough to see the manager and let her know what a wonderful job he was doing. Unfortunately they do not have the shoes we needed and my daughter size, but I will be coming back due to their consistent professionalism and care.

Yesterday I went to this kids footlocker and the young lady in the photo attached name Rose Doria and who’s the assistant manager was too busy laughing with her boyfriend and making plans for when her shift is done. The young man that is wearing all black in the photo attached is the assistant manager’s boyfriend. The assistant manager was not doing her job and was too focused having sideline conversations. When I walked into the store no one greeted me. I had to approach this assistant manager in the picture and ask her for help. The only size that they had was the one on display. One side of the shoes seemed like it was deteriorating. I showed her the part that was peeling and she automatically became rude. I responded to her and asked her if she didn’t want to do her job today. The assistant manager began to raise her voice and stated she will not be serving me and I should leave because I called her out about her bad customer service. I left the store and waited for her to call security so I can hear what lies she was going to tell them. When security arrive the assistant manager became aggressive and walked towards me to fight. Security and the assistant manager’s boyfriend in the attached photo had to pull her away. Due to the assistant manager’s barbaric and unprofessional behaviour, other customers in the store were concerned. Read the rest of the reviews everyone could not be lying. Stay away from this store and shop elsewhere. The third individual in the picture attached denied to give me the assistant manager’s name. When I asked the young man for her name he said “don’t worry about it” assistant manager and the employee needs to retrain. If this is the barbaric person that footlocker decided to have as an assistant manager then this underprivileged individual was most likely their last resort.
