it is not a good place to have fun and shop. they wouldn’t let me multitask and play with my balls at the same time that i was shopping. Bad place to have a good time getting some shoes and play with your balls. Note to self don’t play with your balls in this shop:

I have tiny feet for a 33 year old and buying shoes sucks for me. I sometimes hate that I have to buy kids shoes but I needed a new pair of runners so bad. The staff today helped sooooooo much and made sure I left with a good pair of runners that actually fit me. Thank you so much !!!

I went to the kids footlocker at eaton centre downtown Toronto & I had an absolutely terrible experience when getting my pair of Jordan’s today. I requested a size & the worker brought them out for me (I don’t know her name but very easy to recognize for having extremely big tunnel perforations in her ears), once I get the shoes in hand they had a significant amount of flaws so I ask if she could check for me if they had the same shoe in the same size. Just because I didn’t want to take the shoes with lots of flaws on them. They’re a very expensive product. Right after she responded in an extremely rude tone that she would only allowed me to exchange sizes once, & if the other pair was damaged, I had to keep it. I don’t understand what was her problem & why she had to respond to me in such a rude way. The rest of my time inside the store was with her talking to me in an extremely rude tone. I even told her that it was not necessary to talk to me like that & she literally turned around and let me talking alone. I’m absolutely disgusted & disappointed with how you treated me. Specially because I’ve been buying dozens, if not hundreds of pairs of shoes from footlocker in the past 7-10 years. I just hope this caught your attention & please eliminate this kind of behaviour from your stores. It really doesn’t make me want to come back. Extremely disrespectful.

I visited Foot Locker Kids today to buy just a simple pair of socks, but my experience turned out to be much more pleasant thanks to Denise. Even though I was only purchasing socks, she took the time to ask about my shoe size and inform me about the ongoing promotions. Her attentiveness and customer service were exceptional. I had a long day, but meeting someone as friendly and helpful as Denise truly brightened it. She’s a wonderful asset to the store. I've been to this store many times but the newest staffs crew at Foot Locker Kids in Eaton Centre are all really nice and welcoming! They provided great customer service and made my shopping experience enjoyable. Now I’m actually looking forward to shopping here!!
