  Ridiculous policies for a company that works with preschool and elementary school children. No flexibility if kids are ill. I paid $40 for a pop up class to try out the studio. I’m glad I didn’t actually join… When asking about rebooking they said they don’t hold them often, no refunds for a sick kid. Just TOO BAD. Impossible to get on the phone during the week. Terrible customer service.

  Kids SuperGym is a fun night place for kids to learn gymnastics! Large facility with ample parking. Equipment is new and the teachers are professional.

  I don’t have anything positive to say about the summer camp here. My 8-year old & 10-year old daughters were very disappointed in this camp. The coaches seem to try, however the owner appears to deal with her aggression in a way that is felt in the Facility. My older daughter, who is quite shy, even went as far as to say to me that she felt the owner was angry with her life. This should not be FELT by a child, especially if your business involves inspiring children. This negative energy needs to be kept outside the facility, as there is no way the coaches and team members do not feel this. How are they to perform at their best to encourage and inspire our children while working in such a negative atmosphere? Also, the facility is not maintained well and every single day my daughters came home saying how many insects they would see in the facility, both alive and dead. We will not be even considering returning here after 4 days, and I even decided not to send my girls on the very last day of the 1 week registration because of this horrible experience. For moving forward, we have selected another center in Oakville, and our experience has superseded our expectations!

  I have had my 2 daughters at KSG for over 4 years now. They are both in the competitive program, doing 8 and 12 hours/week. We absolutely love the gym atmosphere, coaches and staff. You feel like part of the gym family, not just another number, like we felt at some other gyms. The emphasis is on building a strong foundation, and athletes aren’t pushed harder than necessary, which seems common in competitive programs. I even take the adult classes, which helps me have a better understanding of what my daughters are doing. There is no pressure to do any skills, just lots of conditioning in a very friendly, supportive and welcoming environment. Highly recommend!

  My daughter has been going to Kids Supergym since she was 3 years old and has grown into a competitive gymnast through their amazing program. The coaches are professional, supportive, and truly care about the athletes. The owner is warm, approachable, and deeply invested in creating a positive and encouraging environment. The facility is always clean, safe, and well-maintained. We’re so thankful to be part of this wonderful community. I highly recommend Kids Supergym to any parent looking for a safe, high-quality, and family-friendly gymnastics.
