  It was nearing the end of August 2021 and I was struggling to find a child care option that I thought would be the “perfect fit” for my daughter. I had gone on several tours but they were usually just in and out and all seemed fine but none ever felt like the “right” one and I was starting to think I would need to settle for one. Then I stumbled upon KinderHaus and met with Kalpana for a good hour - I felt like I made a great connection with her and I could see and feel the passion she had towards kids and the Montessori method. We’re now 3 years in and my daughter is set to graduate at the end of this school year. I can say that this is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my daughter and our family - I have complete trust in the school and confidence in her future because of her experience here. Education nights have given me lots of food for thought and I always look forward to the next one. If you’re looking for an authentic Montessori and believe in the value of community, I urge you to check out KinderHaus and to just talk/meet with Kalpana to see if it could be the right fit for your child.

  I cannot recommend this daycare enough! - staff are like family they care so much and are incredibly attentive, patient, and loving - facility is really clean, thoughtfully arranged, on a quiet street, and there's no plastic - food is cooked fresh and highly diverse, my daughter eats better than i do - this daycare is SMALL! The kids all know each other and all the teachers well and we get sick less often than families at bigger schools -  my daughter is so excited to go to school every morning and has learned so many skills. She's super independent much of which was learned here -  i think people are turned off by it not being part of the subsidy program but this school has such a different vibe to it than the others it's so clear how intentional every detail is and why that is. Really recommend visiting for an observation. We'd toured a number of daycares first but this was the only one that made me really excited at the prospect of sending my 15 month old and a year later i couldn't have asked for more.

  My son has been going to KinderHaus for the past year and a half, and he’s absolutely loving his time in the Casa class. The school has created a warm, loving, and nurturing environment where he’s been able to grow and thrive beautifully. When he first started, he faced some challenges as he didn’t speak English and was quite shy. Now, he’s grown into a confident child who's comfortable in any setting.

  Wonderful! My daughter started Kinderhaus Montessori when she was 2.5. The Kinderhaus Montessori is one of a few of the authentic Montessori schools in Toronto. The friendly and loving environment, the professional staff are making a unique learning environment for our little social, emotional and physical development. If you want your little one to have a strong foundation for future life this is the right school...

  This is an amazing school! I happened to find a job when my daughter turned 18 months. I was looking around last minute to find a good school for her. I spoke to so many Montessori schools, but once I spoke to Kalpana, I instantly knew that this was the one. The guidance and engagement with the kids is amazing. Whenever I notice change in behaviour, Kalpana was the first one to give me good guidance. I am very happy with her development in this school and I intend to send my son to this school as well.
