  Very poor communication via email, phone, text. My family toured La Petite Academy Childcare Centre August 2022 looking for childcare for March 2023. We liked the facility, program and services explained. We put a $75 deposit to be on a waitlist. We understood through viewing other facilities that there are waitlists spanning 0-9 months. We have since met another family whose child is in this program and they expressed similar concerns. Mine are the following. Between August 2022 - March 2023, I have called 14 times: 12 calls rang until disconnected (no voicemail) 1 call answered by Admin staff letting us know Fatima would be contacting us within the next 48hrs. - no return call 2 calls answered by Fatima 1/10/23 - Fatima let us know that they aren't aware of the status of our position but will follow up in 48hrs. - no follow up 1/16/23 - Fatima let us know that they aren't aware of the status of our position but will follow up in 48hrs. - no follow up 1/26/23 - A voicemail was left from La Petite Academy Childcare Centre that was inaudible due to their phone reception. We called back and left a voicemail. - no follow up received. If the facility, program and services explained on our tour were met, this would be a great option. The communication between La Petite Academy Childcare Centre to my family has been very stressful and frustrating.

  My daughter attended LaPetite from age 1-6; my son attended from infancy to age 4 as well. Both kids were very happy to be there, and it was a tough day for all of us when my daughter aged out of the program (when she started grade 1). During their time at LaPetite, my children were extremely content - always happy to go to daycare each day, excited to see their friends and teachers, and always coming home with crafts, fun stories of adventures, new songs and french words! I loved the innovative use of their HiMama app, which provided updates throughout the day in the form of photos and staff communication. I trusted the staff at LaPetite so completely, and always felt very confident my children were in good hands. I would have kept my children there longer if I could have. We miss you, LaPetite!

  My Children attended this daycare over a span of 5 years. The staff and managers at La Petite Academy showed Genuine care and interest in the well being of both my kids. We were sad to move on as grade 1 started and the kids still talk about how they miss going here. Also, the updates on the App were greatly appreciated. Thank You La Petite for the great care.

  My son had a bad experience of daycare. La Petit Academy did a great job in a week of orientation to make him interested in daycare. It took just 10 days to get to the point that my son says bye to me happily. I love this daycare. It is the place I can leave my son without being worried about his safety, mental issues, health and hygiene! Highly recommended
