We feel so fortunate to have found La Petite École for our son and have truly enjoyed being part of this wonderful community over the past two years. It is with a heavy heart that we said goodbye a few weeks ago, as our son gets ready to begin JK in the fall. He loved going to school, picked up some French, and always came home full of stories about the activities he did with his friends. The warmth and care shown by the educators made drop-offs easy and gave us so much peace of mind. It’s been a truly special chapter — au revoir, and merci pour tout!

This is truly the hidden gem of Bloor West Village - it's very small as they can only accommodate 24 spots due to limited space. Yet they manage to find a wonderful group of educators who are very kind and caring. Everyone I know in the area whose kids go there or have graduated from this daycare loves it. My daughter is not even 3 years old but she loves going to her daycare and knows the names of all of her teachers by heart. Every day there are lots of fun activities and my daughter loves the food there as well. Of course it is unavoidable that small kids sometimes have accidents either at home or outside in a daycare but the staff always notify parents right away and put lots of effort at comforting the kids. Being a very small daycare, they are also very good at preventing accidents from taking place. The tuition is very fair considering how many educators there are and how much effort the owner puts into managing this daycare. It is extremely clean and super well-organized. I will not speak about the other daycares in the area but all I can say is that I will not be able to send my children anywhere else after having spent time here.

As a grandparent of two children who have attended LPE for the last 2 years, I have been consistently impressed with the care and dedication of the educators. They are always friendly, professional and attentive, creating a nurturing environment for the children. Their commitment is evident at every drop-off and pick-up, where the children are happy and comfortable in their surroundings. Open-door events highlight the joy and engagement of the children as they interact with their peers and educators. LPE has truly been a wonderful place for our grandchildren to learn and grow.

My 3 year-old daughter attended the Saturday program at Le Petit École, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! Despite being at the very beginning of her French journey, the care providers were incredibly patient, caring, and fun. They created such a positive and engaging environment that my daughter developed a real excitement for learning a new language. Something I hope will stay with her for years to come. I highly recommend Le Petit École to any parent looking to introduce their child to French in a nurturing and encouraging setting.

During our 2-month visit to Toronto, LPE became the school where our 5-year-old daughter spent three days a week. We are truly grateful to the entire LPE team and teachers for their warm and compassionate approach, which helped our daughter adapt to the school in such a short time. We were able to entrust our child to them with full peace of mind. Thanks to the app they use, we could follow her daily activities in real time, which gave us great comfort. The school’s regular library visits in the neighborhood helped foster a love of libraries, and our daughter even encouraged us to visit the library with her after school, allowing us to share the experience as a family. We also appreciated how they encouraged outdoor play—children would walk safely in groups to nearby parks, and we had the chance to witness those joyful moments. Since our daughter receives French education in our home country, it was a big plus that she could continue to practice and even improve her French during this time. Thank you for everything! We hope to stay in touch and continue hearing from each other in the future.
