It was my first time to visit this beach and take part in activities. I was impressed by the management of this park. There was a well-arranged parking lot, but unfortunately it was a bit far from the beach. There were enough lifeguards on the beach. The park had a clearly marked first aid center, a lost children center and people were constantly patrolling.

A beautiful beach where I 100% want to gatekeep lol. It is a very well maintained beach with soft and clean sand, and shallow waters. I love that it is not too busy on weekday :) There are life guards on duty, ice cream truck on site, and plentiful parking within walking distance!

The park is clean and has a lot of different structures for kids to climb and play on! The beach is fun to walk and also kept fairly clean, but the water is not clean for swimming due to the factory and semi-frequent oil leaks into the water. That being said there is a sizeable splash park open during the summer months!! Would not go in evening due to the location and frequency to attract homeless people. Overall beautiful location during the day but AVOID AT NIGHT!!!

Great beachfront with nice kept trails along the beach. Quite spacious too so long as everyone shares the space! The city groundskeepers are very attentive to keeping the place clean which is great. By law officers keep the parking in check.

This was our first time visiting Lakeview Park Beach, and it turned out to be the perfect spot to spend a full day with kids. The lake water is clean, and the sand is soft and fine—great for children to play in. You’re welcome to bring a picnic (just no barbecues), and there are plenty of shaded areas to relax. Right next to the beach, there’s a large playground and a beautiful trail system for walking or biking. The park also offers free parking with lots of available spaces, clean public washrooms, and even a few restaurants nearby. Highly recommended for families and couples looking for a peaceful and fun outdoor day!
