  I went to this dental care earlier today, December 30, 2025, with a relative of mine, for a panoramic x-ray. Another dentur dentist referred my relative for the x-ray. I had made an appointment over the phone beforehand, and even discussed that the patient would pay from his own funds for the x-ray since there was no insurance coverage. I was told that it would cost $40. After making the appointment, when they called and asked for the patient's IFHP insurance coverage document, I told them that since the patient would pay from his own funds, it would be fine without providing the IFHP insurance coverage document. I was told by that dental care that it is their rule that all patients must provide a health card or IFHP insurance coverage document. I believed and provided my relative's IFHP insurance coverage document. (I think that the dental care office assistant checked the IFHP insurance coverage and took measures to use all the remaining coverage of that patient.) The next day, i.e. on December 30, 2025, at 12:30 PM, I went to the Dental Care and see my relative's panoramic x-ray has done , but waiting for teeth cleaning, their own doctor's appointment, and other tests. When I said that the panoramic x-ray has done, now take the payment and let him leave. Then the office assistant started behaving rudely with me. He pressured the patient to complete the remaining tasks. Finally, I said that I don't have to do anything else today except the work for which I had brought the appointment. I requested to receive the payment by providing the panoramic x-ray report. The office assistant, showing unprofessional behavior, told us that they have to pay $84,insted of $40! Without any argument, I paid $84 and left. So I would advise everyone here to be well informed before going this dental clinic. They force the dental patient to undergo all the unnecessary checkups, tests and treatments and then charge the patient or the insurance company a bill. This review is to beware of them. I recoment to all, better to avoid this dental clinic.

  The best in dental care! Front desk staff is very accommodating and friendly and greet all patients with a smile. The hygienists and dental assistants are incredibly pleasant and ensure their patients are comfortable and well attended to every step of the way. Dr. Le is an exceptional dentist. Her passion for dentistry is evident through her examination and patient care. She is extremely thorough with her exam, and explains her findings in a way that I as a patient can understand, which helps to make informed choices on the options and treatments recommended. I have the utmost trust in her abilities and skillset as a dentist and look forward to my future visits at Le denta carel. Thank you for the excellent service and care, Dr Le and her team.

  Dr. Maria and the whole team here are lovely people. The hygienists and assistants always answer my questions clearly, are extremely gentle and just make going to the dentist as pleasant of an experience as it can be. The receptionists have all been exceptionally kind as well. I’ve gone here 3 times for cleaning, x-rays and fillings and each time the experience has been excellent.
